Public survey for Mill Bend Conservation Project

Redwood Coast Land Conservancy (RCLC) has secured public grants from Federal (U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service) and state sources (California Natural Resources Agency, State Coastal Conservancy) with a mandate to 1) restore the lands, estuary and historic fish populations; 2) protect this environment and its native species; and 3) increase public access to the Gualala River.

Beginning in August 2020 Prunuske Chatham, Inc., an environmental consulting organization, will begin a 12-month assessment of the Mill Bend property towards creating a plan to achieve these goals.
